Can you survive through all eight levels of this snappy arcade game that's questionably similar to Breakout? More importantly, can you beat your own high score?
so yeah i made this solely to learn Godot lmao. I'm unable to thoroughly test the Mac version and have no way to even test the Linux version, so please leave a comment if you run into any issues with them OTL

Hello,
A brief feedback:
- It works fine on Linux (Lubuntu 18.04 LTS, mesa drivers 20.1, kernel 5.3 series);
- In case you will keep developing this, you could add:
- - random musics (plus a music on/off switch);
- - some physical effect like make ball trajectory curving if ball is hit while platform is sliding;
- - a score multiplier based on single level completion time;

Thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear it's working on some flavor of Linux. As for future development, sadly I wanted to just get Gub-Ball out the door so I could work on bigger and better things. Any future updates will most likely be for fixing any major game-breaking bugs if they crop up, rather than adding new features. Thanks for playing and giving feedback though! =w=b
